There are many ways to find cemeteries using the Internet. The Idaho Genweb project lists cemeteries under each county. You can also find cemeteries using Google Maps, Findagrave.com, and Internment.net. The City of Boise provides maps of Morris Hill Cemetery, Pioneer Cemetery, and Fort Boise Military Reserve Cemetery.
You can search for grave sites for veterans using the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Gravesite Locator, or use V.A. tools to look up veterans cemeteries including the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery.
The American Battle Monuments Commission administers Cemeteries and Memorials overseas along with a few in the United States and territories. Those buried in these cemeteries could be service members, Red Cross workers, American civilian technicians, and entertainers for the military.
The National Park Service administers sites such as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.
Endowment Care Cemeteries are regulated by the State of Idaho.
